We ordered this bike for my husband it came with...
We ordered this bike for my husband it came with no instructions we had to pay another $125.00 to have it assembled. Then when he rode it around the block the pettel broke off and the chain keep falling odd. It is not good quality and I would never buy this product again. When we tried to reach out to the company no one ever got back to me.

Mad hornet bikes suck! There customer service is horrible! My bike arrived broken, parts missing, parts wrong! When I email then to let them know, it becomes an email game! I still haven't received my replacement parts! This company is a scam! DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY!

Being kind with 4...
I knew I was buying a cheap 26" mtb to convert into an ebike. While I was successful the headset didn't come installed to the fork and was missing parts. Mad Hornets sent it out a week later. They should say headset and fork assy required. That's a pain in the ass..
