Product had a crushed piece. We submitted pics to you. You rejected our concern that this electrical device, mounted on undercarriage of an RV, 18" from front cap, was safe to use. You finally offered, what you believed to be a resolve, but the resolutions only cost us more money. We believe that ypuhave left us no choice. We shall turn to the internet and SC Consumer Affairs. It appears that you are more comfortable putting the public on notice of your crime and receiving a big slap on your hands then simply making us whole. TOO BAD!
