Disappointed
The chair doesn't lift the patient while the patient is sitting in the chair. The chair only raises if unoccupied. Or, broken?

The chair is more for a small person. My 96 yo aunt only 140 lbs can't maneuver to use the potty. And she is tall and has long legs so.there is no room. For her legs. She doesn't like.it so it's just sitting there. Also the very first day we put it together one of the knows broke off completely so we can disassemble it.
