All plastics come with, even the random black ones that you probably don't need but I recommend replacing them all. One, they are new but two, they fit better with the rest of the plastics otherwise you may have a little tight spots. Took me two hours to take all mine off and put there's on. Also, just a reminder you'll have to paint your gas tank to match. And you'll need your old hardware nuts, bolts, plastic clips, etc... take your time don't rush, and the one piece that didn't work was the black guard between the headers and front tire so I used my old one but I'm extremely happy considering the price and everything else fitting especially since my bike is 2008 R6S which is a continuation of the 03 to 04 bike.
