Bad...
I ordered the wrong item by mistake and immediately called and emailed to cancel my order. Sent multiple emails and called several times and no answer. Finally they got back to me 2 days later and said it had shipped already and there was nothing they could do. I said okay fine I would just return it when I got it. They bargained with me not to return it offering me discounts, trying to tell me to sell them myself, etc. Finally, I agreed to a partial refund to be credited to me because it didn’t seem like I’d get my money back if I sent them back. It’s been way longer then the stated time and still no refund. Awful customer service and to deal with in general. Now I’m stuck with the wrong bars I can’t sell.
