Upon receiving this kit I inspected the cylinder and found a decent ding in the cylinder wall. It was towards the bottom so I installed anyways. The kit is supposed to come honed already but if it was it was barely honed. The only positive I have is the rings were spaced appropriately and the piston fit well. I have not started the engine yet after rebuild
