Worst Product and Service...
Mad Hornets' service was extremely poor when I tried to return the defective Chair Transfer Lift and to receive a refund for such a terrible product. I wasted a lot of money for a really bad product. The service representative did not respond to my requests to return the Chair and I will never purchase products from this company again.

We love the concept of the chair and were desperately hoping it would work for my dad but unfortunately his ability to even sit up by himself and scooch over to the seat is non existent as he’s loss all his upper and lower muscles. We tried the chair and it not only didn’t work, it was dangerous for him because once we sort of propped him up, he was at risk of falling off the bed. So we will be returning the chair sadly.
