Item was just as described and easy to install. Could have used a few bolts for the holes on the top and maybe an extra hole or two for where it attaches around lights. But even with out those it sits on well. If it had had the additional holes and bolts for the top I would have been able to give it a 5. It looks great on my JEEP, an '03 Wrangler TJ
