I like having the phone or GPS mounted here. I does shake a little more than the one for my 2015 did. My guess is not the fault of the part but the windscreen. Not to bad though. I did try multiple time to contact the MH with no response so thats not good. Also there were no instructions but after looking at the hardware and the windscreen i assumed how to mount it and it took some work to take the windscreen mounts apart and put them back together. No directions? That's kind of ridiculous! Would have been 4 stars if not for the customer service and the lack of directions. Part seems well made and sturdy
