Missing parts and...
Received my back rest. No instructions. Seemed simple enough until I realized I'm missing a set of nuts and bolts. Chrome, otherwise I would replace them from a hardware store bolt. Very cheaply made. Looking for a return. No pre drilled holes for pad so you're on your own to line it up. No satisfactory at all. Website mentions nothing about drilling your own hols in backrest.
