Absolute...
Ordered two of these over the course of a month. First one showed up damaged as there was little to no packing in the box and the plate was damaged. I sent Mad Hornets a email and received a reply of, use a hammer and bend it back down. What?. I swapped plates with the one out of the car and installed. WORST SHIFTING THAN THE ORIGINAL. After talking to them where I only got one reply a day I swapped the original valve body back in and replaced the N93 and N91 solenoids, no further issues. We agreed that they would send me a set of factory new solenoids as compensation for my lost time and labor. I get them and they are Chinese, big surprise. Had a second customer come in and figured I would try another one. Gave them instructions to actually package it properly, I received it and same result. No packing material, dented plate. Swapped plates with original, installed, set fluid level and cleared adaptions. I didn't even drive it half a mile as it was flare shifting and slamming gears so hard I was afraid to damage the clutch packs. Installed a new factory valve body and found the transmission shifting smooth. Buyers beware of this company. Very cheap Chinese solenoids are being used. These other 5 star reviews but me bots because there is no way people have had good luck with these.
