The part didn’t work. Nobody answers the phone. Email customer service is slow. Had to buy the same part from a different vendor that worked as it should for much cheaper.

Don’t buy, junk part!!
Bought the actuator for the 2018 Ram, it wouldn’t calibrate, it was dead and wouldn’t communicate with ECU. They refused to refund the money back for this faulty brand new part, didn’t even get to drive the truck. Kept delaying, had to get one from Ram, which worked perfect. Stay away, don’t buy!!!!!!!Horrible customer service!!! Will post same on other feed back sites.

Absolutely...
If there was a way to put negative stars I would. This place sold me a bad part and will not give my money back. In fact I have an email chain from them trying to get me to keep the part and sell to someone else!? 100 percent would never buy. Also, they advertise holset part. What came in is not.

Received a bad part. Turbo actuator is bad and won’t program. When seller was contacted I was only offered a discount on a bad part! Still fighting with PayPal for a refund. Will NEVER use mad hornet again!
