Faulty...
I recently order transfer case actuator from your site. Upon arrival I installed it and it worked great 1 time, truck shifted in and out of 4 wheel drive perfectly. I then tried it again and nothing?????? I have confirmed that all fuses and relays are good and functioning properly, as well as ensured the actuator is getting power. I believe I have received a faulty product and would like to see a refund or replacement.
