Horrible experience with this product and customer service. The sissy bar had a chip on the top of it upon receiving it. Wanted to return it but it was a 30 percent restocking fee and we would have to pay shipping. After my girlfriend emailed you back and forth we decided to install it to see how it looks. While installing it the cheaply built quick connect bracket broke. I'll be contacting you today about a full refund and not the 20 percent that was offered to us.

It was ok , to tall for my likings . And latching mechanisms were not the best quality , right hand side broke when installing unit . Wish I would have ordered the 18" instead .

Have been looking for this style sissy bar for a while and wasn’t going to spend $600 to get one. This has the look I wanted at a very reasonable price. Good quality, very sturdy, came with the c-spacers for a tight fit, super easy install, highly recommend. The part is lighter than my old sissy bar, so my guess is the tubing is thinner, but not an issue for my use. I recommend, nice part for a great price.
