Buyer...
I received the sissy bar I ordered pretty quickly. However that's where the good experience with Mad Hornets stopped. My first clue maybe should have been that my package was not even shipped from a company, it shipped from an individual. The box had a Chinese label on it. I noted this as odd. We had a body guy help with installing it. Not because it was hard, but because he was there. He looked it over and advised that the welds were inferior, but they put it on so my Husband could at least see it on his motorcycle. On the bike, the angle of the bar would put the passenger in a recling position, being uncomfortable for the passenger. He said he wouldn't install it for a customer after seeing both those concerns. After contacting Mad Hornets asking for a return authorization they informed me that I'd have to cover the cost. Pay a 30% restocking fee or, keep it and try to resell it for 10% refund. I again stressed the issue was with the quality and safety. They countered back with 20%. I'm so frustrated with the lack of concern for their quality of product. Which makes me think they're just reselling from some company like temu or Ali Express. Truth of the matter is, if I trusted the quality of that kind of product, I would have bought from either of those companies but I realize that there are some things you don't want to take risks with and this was one of those things. So if you want to do business with people who have no regard for their customers or products go ahead and try Mad Hornets. Or save yourself $100 and buy it from Temu. But I just wasted a few hundred dollars buying from Mad Hornets. What a frustrating experience, never again!

This sissy bar is rubbish feels like it is made of tin & doesn’t even fit the bike. The docking hardware breaks. Terrible waste of money!!!

The tip of the point had the paint knocked off looks like it was dropped it was an easy fix with touch-up paint now that is literally the only flaw this thing is nice I'm super happy with the fit the welds are great and it looks awesome on my bike the latches are quality made instructions would have saved me some time but I figured it out definitely worth the money
