Incompetent
They sent the wrong part then asked me to accept a partial refund or pay return shipping. I’ll never buy from them again. So I paid over $100 for a part that doesn’t fit my bike. Unprofessional and incompedant. Further evidence that you just can’t buy good service anymore.
